NOVA Self defense will be kicking off 2012 with some new programming. From now until 1-21-2012 all of our Saturday morning classes are FREE. Bring a friend, bring 10 friends! Each class will be different and geared towards giving and introduction of our program to the community.
On 2-4-2012 we will start a new method or running our classes. We will run 4-block topic-specific modules.
Some of the modules we will cover are:
-PDR Fundamentals
-Ground Fighting
-Defending against knife/gun
-Striking & Targeting
-Advanced Training
Each module is $80 and we will be limiting attendance, so if you're interested, please contact us [email protected] to register and reserve your spot!
